A stunning refurbishment in Hertfordshire.
This property had great potential, but the front elevation was dated and uninviting. We wanted to retain its original charm by working with the beautiful reclaimed yellow stock bricks and enhancing the character with a timeless cottage-style design.
Surrounded by trees, traditional timber windows would have required constant upkeep, so we installed cream timber-effect bespoke triple glazed windows—low maintenance with an authentic look.
The original front door was tucked awkwardly under a porch. By rebuilding with matching reclaimed bricks, we reconfigured the layout to create space for a downstairs W/C and extend the Boot Room. The front door was repositioned, new staircase installed and a bespoke oak pergola added to create a warm, welcoming entrance. Finally, the outdated brown cladding was replaced with reclaimed brick slips to tie everything together.

Extension, refurbishment and reconfiguration
An exciting refurbishment in Hertfordshire. We reconfigured the downstairs and up, removing walls, converting an awkward space into a large Kitchen Diner. Installing a beautiful bespoke oak Kitchen, complimented by a brick effect wall.
Further reconfiguration of a single story extension gave the client a utility off the kitchen, along with a good size downstairs shower room. Super quality appliances installed throughout, with Welsh slate flooring.
Upstairs we refurbished throughout. Designing a completely reconfigured layout. The build saw the addition of a bedroom a family bathroom plus a main bedroom ensuite.

An Exceptional Garden
Office
Outdoor garden rooms are becoming increasingly popular and are a great way to add square footage to your property whilst not impacting your current home.
This garden office was installed using a prefabricated metal system. This system isn't just durable but also fire proof allowing us to increase the size of the building despite its proximity to the boundary line. The exterior has been clad in cedar to give it a beautiful, natural but modern appearance. The covered seating area makes a great addition. Aluminium doors have been used, and the metal posts have been cladded in matching aluminium. Internally the Garden Room has been fully insulated, plastered, electrics installed, including hot/cold AC, a toilet and basin and fully decorated ready for our client to furnish.
This space is being used as an office but can easily be ultilised as a games room, gym or even a bar!

Bespoke Luxury Pool House
As with many of our projects, this pool house was designed as a considered addition to the property. While it doesn’t mirror the main house, its style complements it perfectly. The cedar-detailed roof provides a simple yet elegant finish, creating a striking presence even from the driveway.
Inside, the pool house features a comfortable seating area, bar, W/C, and shower — perfect for changing after a swim. An adjoining loggia provides a covered space for barbecues and entertaining. Discreet exterior lighting enhances the design and creates the ideal setting for alfresco evenings.

Industrial Barn and Groundworks
After installing the extensive groundworks for this barn the pre fabricated steel structure arrived on site and was installed from start to finish in one short week. We added the concrete side walls to create extra security.
The outside of the barn was cladded in timber and has since been painted black to make sure its in keeping with the surrounding farm buildings in the area.

Bedroom and Ensuite Refurbishment
A luxury bedroom and ensuite renovation in Hertfordshire.
Here we extended the current ensuite to create a high end finish with a walk-in shower. Brushed brass themed throughout with specifically sourced tiling to create a super looking finish.
The Bedroom was refurbished to include fully fitted wardrobes plus additional lighting to create a warm and stylish space with much needed additional storage.
